Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Jr. Product Maintenance & Improvement Analyst to join the Power Bus Way Team in Mississauga, CA.

The Jr. Product Maintenance & Improvement Analyst assists with maintaining and improving products by

creating and updating product libraries, developing custom mockups, and maintaining product

documentation. This role supports product updates and other assigned projects while working with internal

teams to help meet production and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Support New Product Initiatives

Work closely with the Technical Solutions Engineering Team to support product maintenance and improvement initiatives. Complete assigned product development, documentation, and improvement tasks based on team priorities and direction. Assist with creating and maintaining product libraries, product data, and related documentation. Develop custom product mock-ups and supporting materials for customer requests and internal projects. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of product development and improvement projects. Support concept development and product evaluations under the guidance of the Technical Solutions Engineering Team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation

Work closely with engineering, design, sales, production, and supply chain teams to support product development goals. Assist with communication and coordination between departments to support product-related activities and project requirements. Ensure product documentation, specifications, and related records are accurate and up to date. Support the preparation of internal presentations, customer-facing materials, and other project documentation. Assist with product updates, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives as directed. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of working experience in mechanical engineering and design Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering technology, or related major or a combination of relevant education and experience Experience with 3D modeling and producing mechanical drawings. Proficient with Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD & Autodesk Vault. Knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes.

Must be highly organized

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
