Family School Liaison Worker

Clearview Public Schools is seeking a dedicated, energetic, and caring individual to join our team as a Family School Liaison Worker. This full-time position (7 hours per day, Monday to Friday) begins immediately and will serve students and families at Stettler Elementary School and William E. Hay Stettler Secondary Campus. The position will continue full-time for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year (until June 30, 2026) and is anticipated to transition to part-time thereafter.

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and innovative individual who can foster positive and productive relationships with students, families and staff. Specifically, we are seeking an exceptional individual who possesses:

  • A record of fostering collaborative team relationships with school staff as well as community agencies to support the social, emotional and learning needs of students;

  • A commitment to the ongoing learning of researched-informed student supports; and

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive and productive relationships with students.

A diploma in Social Work or a related field is required; a Bachelor of Social Work is preferred. Other related education may be considered, provided the candidate is eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW) or a similar professional body. Experience working with youth is strongly preferred.

The salary ranges from $59,700 to $67,900, inclusive of vacation and statutory holiday pay, based on education and experience.
