Millwright Apprentice (registered) Opportunity in Mississauaga, Ontario
A leading manufacturing company is looking to hire a registered Millwright Apprenticeto join their maintenance team.
As a Millwright Apprentice, your key responsibilities are:
- Repair and maintain, in accordance with local codes, diagrams, sketches, engineering drawings, manuals and manufacturer’s specifications, machinery, such as motors, conveyors, boilers, compressors, production equipment and other related machinery
- 12 hour continental shifts
- Overtime when required
Qualifications:
- Experience in maintenance of CNC machines, building maintenance, and equipment maintenance.
- Previously registered preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to work in a team environment and handle priorities under pressure
- Strong understanding and conscious of safe work practices
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
