Position Overview The Pit Supervisor ensures that all gaming rules and procedures are strictly adhered to in accordance with the Casino Internal Controls and Guidelines while complying with Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission (AGLC) terms and conditions. The Pit Supervisor promotes the values of the Casino by example at all times and encourages others to do the same. They ensure first-rate customer service with quick efficient table game procedures. They act as initial contact in their designated area when a guest raises a complaint and will inform management respectively.

Education And Experience

• Completed education relevant to the service industry
• Specific education relevant to money transactions and games procedures
• Demonstrated experience as a Multi-Game Dealer with a full knowledge and experience in dealing the following games: Blackjack, Baccarat, Proprietary Games, Roulette and either Pai Gow Tiles or Craps.
• Computer literacy

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Knowledge of advantage and cheating at play on games being supervised.
• Experience and full knowledge of rules and procedures in all table games offered.
• Accurate and clear, concise reporting.
• Customer service experience and well-developed leadership skills.
