What is the Opportunity?
Reporting to the Senior Director, Cyber Operations Risk Management Operations (RMO), the Senior Manager, Risk Management Operations, will provide a service in support of all the Cyber Operations (CO) internationally. With strong risk management experience and expertise, you will partner closely with stakeholders within the CO teams to assist in the management of Risk Controls, risk consulting and deliver compliance risk reporting to all of Global Security (GS).
What will you do?
- Lead and support a service to assist teams in Control mgmt. and testing across Cyber Operations
- Drive results and hold stakeholders accountable to complete Risk Controls create and review
- Provide advisory services to documentation and management of risk controls and risk operations.
- Support teams throughout the lifecycle of their technical controls.
- Create and provide risk governance reporting to GS.
- Identify ongoing process improvements, operational gaps, and potential risk remediation steps.
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have:
- University/College graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in ICMP controls management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mid-level Excel skills including VBA
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Keen attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving, challenging the status quo, and thinking outside the box.
- Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and flexibly adapt to changing priorities.
- Passionate about IT Risk Management.
Nice to Have:
- One or more related professional designation such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP.
- Strong experience responding to and/or participating in regulatory requests and exams.
- Institutional knowledge and familiarity with RBC controls, policies and standards.
