Warehouse Operator (Afternoon Shift)
Looking for a stable, hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations moving safely and efficiently, supporting everything from receiving and inventory to shipping and material handling. If you enjoy physical work, teamwork, and take pride in accuracy and safety, this could be a great fit for you.
Job status: Full-time, Permanent
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Work location: Onsite – 1550 United Boulevard
Salary range: $22.07 – $25.00 per hour
In this role, you will:
- Safely operate powered material handling equipment, completing pre-shift inspections and following all safety procedures.
- Load and unload trucks while accurately receiving, labeling, and verifying incoming materials.
- Pick, stage, move, and store raw materials, WIP, and finished goods using ERP and WMS systems.
- Prepare outbound shipments and support inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and GMP-compliant warehouse while contributing to a positive team environment.
You have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Experience with general warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, and inventory control (asset).
- Willingness and ability to obtain company-provided pallet jack and forklift certification.
- Comfort working with ERP/WMS systems (Syspro experience is an asset).
- The physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive material handling tasks.
