Crunch Fitness is looking for energetic, enthusiastic people that take PRIDE in delivering great member Service and believe they can provide GREAT member experience that exceeds expectations.
As a Crunch One Kickoff Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new and potential members, showcasing the value of our personal training services and helping them kickstart their fitness journey. By delivering an exceptional fitness experience and promoting our training programs, you’ll play a key role in membership acquisition and retention, all while driving sales growth for the club.
Job Summary:
- Upholding the Crunch Franchise core values of T.R.A.I.N. Timely, ready, attentive, inspiring, and noble.
- Responsible for a clean and well-maintained environment. #SOFRESHANDSOCLEAN
- Design personalized, goal-oriented fitness plans for new members in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.
- Manage all session bookings, appointments, and administrative tasks using company systems.
- Meet minimum company expectations, to include session service targets, Personal Training revenue, supplement/nutritional sales, and overall contributions to club success
