We are seeking a Equipment Operator to support the Construction Site by leading on-site operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The position will be located on our construction site in Martenville, a short drive from Saskatoon.

What You Will Do Safety & Maintenance Operate equipment safely and in line with company standards. Monitor machinery for performance issues, perform routine maintenance and minor repairs, and complete daily logs. Promote a strong safety culture by following all protocols and procedures.
Equipment Operation & Site Support Operate and inspect machinery to complete tasks like grading and hauling. Follow plans or verbal instructions, assist with material handling, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site.
Communication & Coordination Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding project status and issues. Provide timely updates and flag concerns to support project flow and site coordination.
Must-Have Qualifications What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; or a combination of education and experience
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment
- Strong understanding of equipment safety procedures and workplace safety standards
- Basic mechanical skills for routine troubleshooting and upkeep
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Valid Canadian-issued driver’s license
- Telehandler, Forklift, or Skid Steer certification—or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
