What You Will Accomplish With Us As a Training Designer, you will be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Designing dynamic and interactive training in e‑learning (synchronous and asynchronous) and in person, tailored to the needs of the sales force
  • Defining training objectives and writing course outlines
  • Determining learning strategies and activities that support the achievement of training objectives
  • Developing training materials based on the selected approach
  • Establishing evaluation and monitoring criteria and tools
  • Creating instructional storyboards and integrating technological tools
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the training offering, including updating and enhancing existing materials
  • Planning and managing development projects

What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role We are looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant experience and knowledge in the instructional design of online (e‑learning) and in‑person training
  • A university degree (DESS or Master’s in Educational Technology / Digital Pedagogy)
  • A strong ability to grasp content quickly and work collaboratively
  • Excellent analytical, writing, and synthesis skills
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, creativity, rigor, and initiative
  • Knowledge of the financial services sector (an asset)
  • Advanced proficiency in English, as the role requires frequent communication, writing, and training development in English for unilingual English‑speaking teams and clients
