Learn more at li.me. We are seeking a strong techno-functional Oracle Fusion engineer to support and enhance Lime’s OTC and revenue platforms. This person will independently deliver scoped configuration, customization, reporting, and support work across Oracle Fusion modules while partnering with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on more complex architecture and implementation decisions. This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in Canada to maintain effective collaboration across teams. What You'll Do: Core Module Configuration: Configure, support, and optimize assigned processes across Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), Accounts Receivable, Collections, Financial Fusion Accounting Hub (FAH), and General Ledger, with a strong understanding of cross-module dependencies and accounting impacts. Usage Billing & Event Support: Support the configuration and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud for usage-based billing flows, including order events, fulfillment and provisioning events, metering inputs, mediation and aggregation, rating, breakage, billing sync, and downstream revenue recognition triggers. Revenue Recognition Support: Configure and maintain solutions for ASC 606 / IFRS 15 scenarios, including performance obligations, SSP allocation, deferred revenue, contract modifications, renewals, amendments, refunds, and satisfaction events, while partnering with senior team members on more complex policy or design decisions. Subledger, GL & Reconciliation Support: Support subledger-to-GL configurations and related documentation across AR, RMCS, FAH, and Oracle GL, including journal design, summarization approaches, reconciliations, close support, and downstream posting and reporting alignment with NetSuite GL. Boundary System Integration: Coordinate with the integrations team and help monitor data flow between Oracle Fusion and surrounding platforms including middleware, source commerce and order systems, tax engines, payment and settlement feeds, CRM and CLM, usage data platforms, and reporting or data warehouse layers. Implementation Support: Participate in fit-gap, global design, build, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases as the engineering resource for assigned workstreams, supporting issue follow-through, testing, and implementation readiness within a defined scope. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Enterprise Product Managers, Data Platforms, Sourcing, and corporate business teams to translate business requirements and commercial constraints into scalable technical solutions within established architectural boundaries. Standards & Best Practices: Follow established development and coding standards for Oracle extensions and reports, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement efforts that support long-term platform maintainability and scalability. Team Support & Knowledge Sharing: Share technical knowledge with peers, contribute to onboarding and documentation, and support a collaborative engineering culture within the ERP application engineering team. Innovation & Lifecycle Support: Stay current on Oracle quarterly releases, evaluate relevant new features, support patch impact analysis, and identify practical opportunities to improve platform effectiveness. Release & Regression Support: Actively participate in Oracle quarterly release reviews, analyze patch impacts, and assist in technical regression testing to help maintain platform stability and continuity. Participate in the team's on-call rotation, responding to incidents, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to root cause analysis and service reliability improvements. Respond to and troubleshoot production issues, outages, and critical alerts during assigned on-call shifts. Escalate incidents as needed and collaborate with team members to restore service. Document issues and contribute to improvements that reduce recurring incidents. Be available to provide occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday support while on call. About You: Strong hands-on ERP engineering experience, including meaningful technical experience building and supporting solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud. Good functional and technical knowledge across Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, Accounts Receivable, Collections, FAH, and General Ledger, with hands-on experience supporting OTC and revenue processes across subscription, usage-based, and B2B billing models. Hands-on experience working with RMCS concepts such as revenue recognition support for deferred revenue, contract modifications, renewals, refunds, and usage-driven events. Strong working knowledge of Oracle AR, Collections, and GL, including invoicing, receipts, credit memos, adjustments, reconciliations, ledger architecture, journal processing, and close dependencies. Good experience in configuring and extending Order Management and Subscription Management capabilities such as order capture, contract amendments, subscription activation, billing schedules, usage rating, approval routing, and orchestration flows. Experience working in high-volume transactional environments, with exposure to summarization, reconciliation, observability, and scale considerations. Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with OIC, Boomi, APIs, file-based interfaces, payment and settlement systems, tax engines, CRM and CLM platforms, and external reporting or general-ledger ecosystems. Strong SQL or PL-SQL skills and experience building or supporting OTBI reports, BI Publisher outputs, and BICC-based data extracts. Familiarity with technical design reviews, version control practices, and enterprise change-management procedures. Comfortable working in compliance-conscious environments with controls and audit expectations such as SOX, GDPR, or CCPA. Oracle Cloud certifications are preferred, including Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service 2025/2026 Implementation Professional and Oracle Financials Cloud: Receivables 2025/2026 Implementation Professional. Ability to participate in a shared on-call rotation supporting production systems, including occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage, with responsibility for responding to critical alerts, coordinating escalations to restore service, and documenting issues to help prevent recurrence. Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in an enterprise cloud environment. Familiarity with common SaaS Finance and Supply Chain applications such as Netsuite and Coupa. Proficient with standard SDLC and change-management procedures. The base salary range listed reflects what Lime reasonably expects to offer for this role, with the final base salary determined by objective factors such as the candidate’s location and relevant skills and experience.
