What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Intake, the Senior Intake Analyst will coordinate Knowledge Central change requests and ensure that online procedures and essential changes are published on Knowledge Central. In this role, you will gather requirements, analyze scope of work, plan and support the execution of new content updates and marketing initiatives for Knowledge Management.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Communication - Strong written and verbal communication with ability to collaborate and work closely with lines of businesses and teams within Digital. The ability to negotiate timelines and workload with stakeholders and resource teams to ensure successfully implementation of content updates. You are able to understand requirements by listening, asking questions and providing excellent customer service to internal and external partners.
  • Planning and Organizing - A strong desire to problem-solve, solid organizational skills and the ability to forecast workload for other resource teams. You are a prioritizing machine. When confronted with multiple competing perspectives, you are able to hone in on what has the most value at any given moment and reprioritize other deliverables.
  • Digital experience - Be digitally savvy with an inherent and keen interest in technology, ready to seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies. Easily adapt to new tools and digital banking industry trends.
  • Relationship building - Have excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation and engagement skills both verbal and written. Maintain and encourage open and honest business relationships within the team and with business partners. Have the ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile, fast pace, multi-tasking, environment that is driven by SLAs and business needs.

Who You Are

  • You have experience. You have 3+ years of experience in intake analysis, gathering requirements, and project coordination. You also have experience in website publishing and content management systems such as Sharepoint. You also have experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • You have a degree. You have achieved academic success in Business, Arts or any other relevant field.
