POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the oxio Crew Lead, this senior role drives brand health through full P&L ownership, overseeing data analytics, marketing, pricing, and go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities include leading the annual budgeting process, conducting weekly performance tracking, and implementing targeted strategies to bridge gaps and capture incremental market share through aggressive acquisition and retention programs.
As the Commercial Product Owner, you direct the output of a cross-functional squad of 8–10 members. While these individuals report into their respective functional chapters, you maintain full accountability for the Jira backlog, prioritizing high-value features and defining clear roadmaps to ensure the team delivers on brand objectives.
A central liaison for the organization, this role collaborates with Operations, IT, Network, and Finance to execute quarterly and annual plans. By leveraging deep analytical expertise and a collaborative approach, you serve as a strategic advisor, identifying long-term growth opportunities and ensuring go-to-market excellence across all product and network expansions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- P&L Management: Drive brand financial health and growth by leading budgeting and implementing data-backed strategies to optimize revenue and margins.
- Performance Tracking: Own the brand’s KPI framework, delivering actionable insights to executive leadership to guide strategic initiatives and real-time business adjustments.
- Strategic Planning: Architect long-term strategic roadmaps in collaboration with the oxio crew, identifying high-yield market opportunities to scale the brand's footprint.
- Market Analysis: Leverage data analytics and market research to decode competitor strategies and consumer trends, directly informing product and marketing evolution.
- Customer Experience (CX): Partner with product squads to eliminate buy-flow friction and utilize A/B testing to relentlessly improve digital conversion rates.
- Marketing 360: Lead cross-functional GTM excellence for new product launches; manage acquisition and retention programs to maximize Customer Lifetime Value.
- Agile Leadership: Champion Agile principles as a Product Owner, leading cross-functional squad members while prioritizing backlogs in Jira and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Product management or related field preferred
- 10+ years in Marketing or Product Management within the Telecommunications sector, with a deep understanding of large-scale enterprise ecosystems.
- Expertise in Growth & Retention: Proven track record in Customer Acquisition and Lifecycle Management (Base Management) using data-driven experimentation.
- Agile Practitioner: Extensive experience operating within Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), acting as a bridge between strategy and technical execution

- Strategic Communication: Influential communicator; bilingualism (French/English) preferred to facilitate collaboration across diverse regions.
