We manufacture equipment in Canada and Asia, represent leading European equipment manufacturers, and deliver equipment and complete recycling systems to customers across North and South America and beyond. As our Marketing & Business Development Coordinator, you'll become an important part of telling the SYMCO story while supporting our sales, marketing and customer engagement efforts as we continue to grow. Your Mission Your mission is to help grow the SYMCO brand by creating meaningful communication, supporting our business development activities, strengthening customer relationships, and helping tell the story of what makes SYMCO different. You'll work closely with our leadership team, sales team, manufacturing partners, customers and suppliers to help create opportunities that support the continued growth of our business. What You'll Be DoingMarketing & Brand Development ➤ Manage SYMCO's LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channels ➤ Develop engaging content that tells the SYMCO story ➤ Create articles, blogs, newsletters and customer success stories ➤ Visit customer sites, equipment installations and industry events to capture authentic stories that showcase our work ➤ Support video creation and photography from projects, customer visits and trade shows ➤ Maintain consistency across our branding, presentations and marketing materials Website & Digital Marketing ➤ Maintain and update our WIX website ➤ Manage Google Business Profile and Google Business Suite ➤ Measure website, email and social media performance, identify trends and continuously improve our marketing effectiveness and return on investment ➤ Recommend improvements based on analytics and customer engagement data CRM & Business Development ➤ Develop and execute email marketing campaigns through HubSpot CRM ➤ Maintain customer and prospect information ➤ Work with our sales team to keep CRM data accurate, organized and actionable ➤ Support our outside sales team with strategic marketing initiatives ➤ Assist with identifying new target customers and market opportunities ➤ Participate in customer outreach campaigns ➤ Help strengthen long-term customer relationships Customer Engagement ➤ Answer incoming office calls professionally ➤ Direct inquiries to the appropriate team member ➤ Support customer follow-up activities ➤ Assist with estimate preparation, invoicing and customer communications ➤ Support our service department with incoming and outgoing customer communication ➤ Help create a customer experience that reflects the SYMCO brand Technology & Innovation We believe technology should make us better. We're prepared to invest in the right person.
