Without the qualifications in this section, your resume goes to the trash folder. 10+ recently built WordPress websites (live websites or online portfolio required) Strong WooCommerce experience (store setup, product structure, variations, shipping, taxes) Solid HTML & CSS skills (not just drag-n-drop page builders) Ability to design and build fully responsive, mobile-first websites with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles Strong on-page SEO understanding as it relates to web structure Ability to optimize websites for speed, performance, and clean technical structure Excellent communication and time-management skills. Experience designing high-converting marketing websites with stats to back it up

Skilled with custom WordPress builds (ACF, custom post types, dynamic content) Proficient with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Video Editing (Adobe Premiere).

Skilled at integrating third-party software, CRMs, email marketing, etc

Competency with other website platforms like Drupal, Joomla, Shopify, or Squarespace Basic PHP & MySQL familiarity Technical knowledge of cPanel, including editing DNS records and setting up email accounts. Building ads and campaigns for Facebook ads, Google Ads, etc. Experience with SEO software tools like aHrefs, SEMRush, Screaming Spider and Google webmaster tools. Self-starter, self-motivated, self-learner.

Job Responsibilities

Below is a list of standard job responsibilities, but is not limited to: Designing website mockups (Figma, XD, or Photoshop) Building custom WordPress and ecommerce websites based on UX research and strategy Customize WordPress themes and plugins as needed to meet client requirements. Structuring sites for SEO from the ground up—optimizing performance, speed, and technical SEO Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO. Setup website security, perform updates, upgrades and backups. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. Follow company guidelines, processes and protocol. Use company CRM software to manage projects and provide support for customers.

Compensation & Details

Location: Saskatoon or Remote (Canada) Term: Permanent Part Time (20-32 hrs/week), potential for Full Time Wage: $22 - 28/hr based on experience & skill Growth: Fast raises for proven performers.
