The Role

We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect to design and deliver practical AI automations that create measurable impact across our business. You will work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate real problems—like demand forecasting, order routing, and customer support—into working AI systems. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise with business understanding and thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across forecasting, logistics, production, customer service, and marketing.

• Build and deploy end-to-end AI solutions (data pipelines, models, integrations with Shopify/ERP/CRM systems).

• Select the right mix of AI tools (in-house models, cloud APIs, off-the-shelf platforms) for speed and ROI.

• Prototype quickly, then scale solutions that work.

• Set up monitoring, performance tracking, and continuous improvement loops.

• Ensure solutions meet data privacy and compliance standards.

• Educate and mentor internal teams on AI adoption.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related.

• 5+ years in solution architecture or applied AI engineering.

• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

• Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML).

• Strong knowledge of data integration (APIs, databases, microservices).

• Proven track record of deploying production AI/automation in a business environment.

• Experience with generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or vector databases.

• Background in ecommerce, logistics, or customer service automation.

• Certifications in AI/ML or cloud architecture.
