Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals . Motivate staff. Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations . Establish and implement policies and procedures. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies. Manage contracts. Manage training and development strategies. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information. Oversee the preparation of reports. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Recruit and hire staff. Conduct performance reviews.
