Role Description The Manager, Pricing and Revenue Management is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC. This role is responsible for leading pricing and revenue optimization strategies to maximize profitability across Flair’s route network. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing demand and market trends, setting and adjusting fares, managing inventory and seat allocation, and monitoring competitor activity to ensure competitive positioning. The manager collaborates closely with network planning, sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing decisions with commercial objectives and customer value. This role also oversees reporting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of revenue management processes, tools, and policies. Qualifications Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including experience with data analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting. Expertise in pricing, revenue management, or yield management, preferably within aviation, travel, or a related industry. Proficiency with business intelligence tools, spreadsheets, and revenue management or pricing systems. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Demonstrated ability to lead projects, make data-informed decisions, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, or a related field; an advanced degree is an asset. Experience managing or mentoring team members is beneficial. Knowledge of airline economics, network planning, or commercial aviation operations is an advantage.
