Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on GTM positions
- Proven ability to source and recruit high-performing sales professionals
- Strong understanding of sales and territory management functions
- Experience with Greenhouse and sourcing tools software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves
- Are you looking for a mid level, contract (3 months with a possibility to extend) opportunity to take charge of the entire recruitment process for our dynamic GTM Department
- In this role, you'll be spearheading the search for top talent in Sales, Partnerships, Implementation, and Account Management
- From identifying top-notch candidates to conducting engaging interviews, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our high-energy team

- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent, including using social media, job boards, networking, and industry events
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for Sales and Territory Representative roles
- Utilize tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others to proactively identify and engage potential candidates
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create targeted recruitment strategies
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview process, including interview preparation and candidate selection
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and delivering a seamless interview process
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process
