About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and delivery‑focused professional to support the implementation, optimization, customer onboarding, and ongoing operation of the Emerging Brands platform. The Systems Delivery Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of order management and fulfillment capabilities that align with client expectations and drive operational excellence.
This role is responsible for coordinating efforts across integration, operations, and engineering teams, while also engaging with prospective and existing customers and the platform vendor. The successful candidate will provide subject‑matter expertise, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and support the resolution of complex system and operational challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong systems and operations experience who thrives in a fast‑paced, solution‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert for the OMS/WMS platform OSA Commerce, including system configuration and best practices.
- Lead and support the configuration and onboarding of new clients and vendors within the platform.
- Collaborate with Operations and IT teams to translate business requirements into effective system configurations and solutions.
- Support issue investigation and resolution, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors as required.
- Train and support end-users on system workflows, platform changes, and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain clear, accurate documentation for system configurations, workflows, and knowledge‑base materials.
- Define and document integration requirements, data mappings, and interface specifications.
- Support API testing, data validation, and troubleshooting throughout integration and deployment phases.
Key Experience and Skills:

2-3 years of experience in supporting fulfillment & transportation operations from a system perspective, either within Operations or IT environments.

Strong functional knowledge of WMS, TMS and OMS functionality (direct experience with OSA Commerce is an asset but not required).

Experience in leading cross functional teams via influence.

High level of service orientation and customer support ethic

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within team environments and work independently when required.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.

This is a new position introduced to support current business requirements.
Salary Range: $50,000–$65,000 a year / The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
