The Toronto Blue Jays are hiring for the 2026 season!
The Toronto Blue Jays are looking for a motivated, service-orientated individual who is responsible for assisting fans, resolving issues, and providing stadium related or event related information to fans in a friendly, professional manner while fostering an inclusive environment for all. Please note this is a part-time role tied to the Blue Jays season.
We are seeking dynamic Tour Guides to lead groups around Rogers Centre, telling the story of the Blue Jays past, present and future. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for bringing the Blue Jays and Rogers Centre history to life through engaging story telling , and ensuring world class levels customer service to create memorable experiences for all our visitors.
Please note that these are seasonal roles aligned with the baseball and Rogers Centre events schedule, spanning from approximately February to November 2026. These positions are part-time contracts.
Our Interview Fair will take place on January 17th and January 18th at the Rogers Centre.
(SELECTED CANDIDATES WILL RECEIVE AN INVIATION)
Responsibilities
- Independently lead tour groups around Rogers Centre
- Bring Rogers Centre and Blue Jays history to life through the tour script
- Welcome and interact with tours visitors, including but not limited to, scanning tickets and answering questions
- Maintain high levels of customer service, acting on any complaints with a warm attitude and a problem-solving approach
- Contribute to an inclusive environment for all tour visitors and staff
- Monitor safety and Fan/Tours Code of Conduct compliance of all visitors
- Report on any incident (major or minor) on an Incident Report Card and submit the report to your supervisor
Qualifications Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays and other Rogers Centre concerts/events as required.
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service role
- Must be confident speaking in front of large groups of people. Demonstrable experience in presenting to or leading groups is preferred.
- Must be flexible and adaptable
- Possess strong organization, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge and understanding of baseball, the Toronto Blue Jays and Rogers Centre
- Ability to speak another language is considered an asset
- First aid certifications are considered an asset
