Role Description The Sales Specialist is a part-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. In this position, you will welcome and engage clients in the showroom, understand their needs, and recommend furniture and decor solutions that align with the Classico Roma brand. You will manage the sales process from initial consultation through purchase, including presenting product features, preparing quotes, processing transactions, and coordinating delivery or follow-up. The role includes maintaining showroom presentation standards, updating product knowledge, and collaborating with colleagues to meet sales targets. You may also support client outreach, assist in merchandising, and participate in training sessions to enhance product and sales expertise.
Qualifications- Atleast 2 years of furniture selling experience
Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and professional written correspondence. Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building relationships and delivering a high-end client experience. Demonstrated Sales experience, ideally in luxury retail, furniture, or home décor. Experience with Training or coaching peers on products or sales techniques is an asset. Exposure to Sales Management or working toward sales goals and KPIs is beneficial. Comfort working on-site in a showroom environment, including evenings or weekends as needed. Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and CRM tools. Interest in interior design, luxury goods, or home styling is strongly preferred. Previous retail or client-facing experience and the ability to stand for extended periods.
