We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to bring the IREN brand to life across digital, social, event, and sales channels. In this role, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Commercial, Investor Relations and Executive teams to design high-impact creative that elevates our presence in the market and communicates the power of our technology in a clear and compelling way.
With 100% renewable energy, we build, own and operate our data centers and take pride in being at the forefront of sustainable solutions for the ever-evolving applications of high-performance compute. Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, visual designer, or brand designer, ideally in a B2B, tech, or startup environment
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across digital, print, and motion formats
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Keynote
- Experience designing for paid media, email, websites, and social channels with an understanding of performance-oriented creative
- Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
- Ability to interpret brand strategy and translate messaging into clean, effective visuals
- Bonus: experience with motion design, video editing, or interactive/micro-animation tools
Job Responsibilities Brand & visual identity:
- Ensure consistency in the application of IREN’s brand identity across all creative touchpoints, including digital, print, and environmental design
- Partner with Marketing to design visual elements for campaigns, product launches, social media, thought leadership, and presentations
Campaign & content design:
- Design marketing assets such as display ads, infographics, eBooks, reports, email templates, landing pages, and social media graphics
- Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive and engaging visual content
- Collaborate with Content, Product Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure assets support GTM strategies and pipeline goals
Event & executive support:
- Design branded materials for in-person and virtual events, including booth visuals, stage backdrops, signage, and promotional collateral
- Support Commercial, Executive and IR teams with presentation decks and branded content for conferences, investor meetings, and board communications
Design production & file management:
- Own end-to-end production and delivery of design files - from concept through to formatting and publishing
- Maintain and organize design systems, templates, and asset libraries for efficient cross-functional use
- Ensure creative is optimized for various platforms and devices, following best practices for file types, resolution, and performance

The expected base salary for this role CAD $56,500 - 85,000/annum
.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and market data for the region.

Total Compensation package may be inclusive of annual incentive bonus, and equity (long-term incentive)
