Manufacturing_Plant hourly Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt Function Manufacturing  Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure the smooth processing of all incoming materials through the receiving

department.

§ SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• First point of contact for all incoming drivers on receiving docks

• Process all paperwork for shipments in a timely, accurate manner

• Provide direction to the forklift drivers on offload sequence

• Schedule appointments/timeslots with vendors for live load receipts

• Maintain kanban/supermarket and co-ordinate order requirements with

Purchaser

• Receive all inventory into OHM and verify accuracy of packing slip

• Lead cycle counts

• Perform regular material warehouse audits to ensure that material is

undamaged and maintained neatly throughout the warehouse

• Other duties as assigned Functional/Technical Competencies Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

• Must be computer literate (including Microsoft office software)

• Have strong verbal and written skills

• Must be detailed oriented

• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-tasking

environment, while keeping correct data.
