Position: Financial and Investment Analyst
Type: Contract Compensation: $90–$200/hour Location: Remote Duration: Short term sprint Commitment: High numbers of hours available Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to financial and investment analysis for AI research projects.
- Evaluate the accuracy and depth of AI-generated financial content to strengthen reasoning and rigor in model outputs.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and downstream performance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
- Ensure access to a desktop or laptop computer for project work (Chromebooks not supported).
Qualifications Must-Have
- 4+ years full-time work experience as a Financial and Investment Analyst.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
Compensation & Legal
- At-will contractor to Mercor.
- Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project work hours.
- Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
