Outside Sales RepresentativeJob Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new commercial business through prospecting, networking, and field-based cold calling while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet customers, conduct product demonstrations, and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business opportunities through field sales and cold calling. Identify qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations. Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue. Negotiate contracts and close sales. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports. Represent the company professionally at customer meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success. Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Fluent in both English and Farsi (Persian), spoken and written. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned sales territory.
