This role sits at the intersection of public relations, government relations, and thought leadership. You will amplify our narrative in the fintech and blockchain space, manage our brand presence across media and social channels within the industry and Canadian government. If you are a storyteller passionate about charting new territory in stablecoins, payment processing, and digital value transfer, and you can adapt to its evolving landscape, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Media Relations & Brand Strategy

Spokesperson Support: Prepare the CEO and other leadership for media interviews, panels, and public speaking engagements

Monitoring: Track industry trends, competitor coverage, and PR performance metrics to continuously refine our messaging. Stay abreast of Canadian government policies and regulations

Social Media & Content

Platform Management: Develop and maintain a consistent, high-value posting schedule across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other key channels

3–5 years in communications, public relations, or government relations (fintech, blockchain, or high-growth tech experience is highly preferred)

Exceptional writing and editing skills. You can translate technical or complex financial jargon into clear, professional narratives

Highly proactive with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility workstreams (from press pitches to white papers) simultaneously

Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Canva, AI tools, etc.)

A proven track record of securing media placements and a strong understanding of how to manage an executive brand

Represent the company with confidence alongside or in place of the CEO during government consultations and public-facing engagements, ensuring the company's interests are expertly articulated

Strategic impact: A chance to work at the intersection of finance, technology, and public innovation

Direct, daily collaboration with our visionary founder and exposure to the broader Canadian fintech and regulatory landscape

Competitive salary with clear growth potential as the company scales
