We support our clients by providing transaction advisory services in connection with Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance activity.

We are looking for a motivated M&A Advisor to join our team. As a M&A advisor, you will play a pivotal role in connecting buyers and sellers of businesses, facilitating successful transactions, and helping clients achieve their financial and entrepreneurial goals.
This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex transactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Meet with business sellers to understand their objectives, financials, and expectations. Assess and evaluate businesses for sale to determine market value and potential.

Client Engagements: Create and manage client engagements, marketing materials, and confidential information memoranda to attract potential buyers.

Buyer Outreach: Identify and reach out to prospective buyers, including individuals and strategic acquirers. Maintain a database of qualified buyers.

Valuation: Conduct business valuations based on financial statements, industry trends, and market conditions.

Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, while striving for a successful transaction.

Due Diligence: Coordinate due diligence activities, including financial, legal, and operational aspects of the transaction, to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

Documentation: Coordinate necessary documentation, such as letters of intent, purchase agreements, and contracts, throughout the transaction.

Closing: Oversee the closing process, including the transfer of assets, contracts, and financial arrangements. Assist clients in finalizing the sale.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and economic factors that may impact the buying and selling of businesses.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Management Consultant, Commercial Banking, Business Broker or in a related field such as real estate, M&A, or investment banking.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong financial acumen and the ability to assess business financials.

Knowledge of business valuation techniques and industry analysis preferred but not mandatory.

Attention to detail and the ability to manage complex transactions.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field (master’s degree or CFA, CPA, LLB are a plus).
Income Potential: This is a Work-From-Home, Commission only business opportunity with a potential to earn up to $500k per annum for successful candidates. Income potential for M&A advisors is typically tied to the successful sale of businesses.
