Role Description The Social Media Coordinator and Content Curator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sudbury, ON. The person in this role will plan, schedule, and publish social media content across multiple platforms for a variety of clients. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring social channels, engaging with audiences, curating relevant content, and ensuring brand consistency. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to support campaigns, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to improve reach and engagement. The coordinator will stay current with social media trends and platform updates to recommend new ideas and best practices. Qualifications Strong social media management skills, including content planning, scheduling, and platform-specific optimization. Ability to curate and create engaging visual and written content tailored to different brands and audiences. Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting, with the ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand voice consistency. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with capacity to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines. Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with marketing concepts, digital trends, and emerging social platforms; experience in agency or multi-client settings is an asset. Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
