About the role
Our client is seeking a Senior SAP Payroll Analyst for a long term remote contract to provide technical and production support for legislative and mandatory payroll requirements. The SAP Payroll module supports approximately 23,000 employees across multiple unions .
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, build, and test SAP Payroll (ECC 6.0) for legislative/mandatory requirements
- Provide production support across SAP Payroll and related modules
- Configure payroll components including pay journals, pay rules, and schemas
- Support end-to-end payroll processing including integration points and GL postings
- Apply and test SAP Support Packs, including year-end payroll updates
- Configure and support Time Management rules and schemas (work schedules, absences, attendances, quotas)
- Support production and balancing of T4 and T4A
- Work within a multi-union environment
Required Experience
- 10+ years SAP production support experience
- 10+ years SAP ECC 6.0 experience
- 10+ years SAP Payroll configuration experience
- 10+ years SAP Time Management configuration experience
- 5+ years applying/testing SAP Support Packs (including year-end payroll changes)
- 5+ years working in a multi-union environment
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting Fiori Pay and Time applications
- Experience supporting Workforce Solutions
