EXPEDITORS (Expo) are the liaison between the culinary and service teams to ensure dishes are executed correctly, on time, and delivered to guests at the highest level of Quails Gates Standards. Job duties also include assisting with the delivery of food, maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, and achieving Quails Gate Service Standards.
Position Details
- Seasonal: May– November 2026
- Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities available
What You Will Do
- Main source of high-level communication between the culinary and service teams
- Ensure all orders are completed to standard and sent out to the correct tables
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail to ensure each order is prepared as requested
- Organize and monitor chit times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant experience and/or knowledge of Quails’ Gate is an asset
- Customer service experience
- Able to stay calm under pressure during busy services
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
