What you will be doing:

Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails with consistency and attention to detail

Deliver exceptional, personalized service in line with Forbes 5-Star standards
-
Engage guests through storytelling, menu knowledge, and genuine hospitality
-
Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and Botanist’s award-winning cocktail program
-
Ensure the bar is set up, stocked, and maintained to the highest standards at all times
-
Work collaboratively with the bar and service team to create a seamless guest experience
-
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction
-
Follow all liquor laws, health, and safety regulations
-
Contribute to the cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance of the bar
-
Support ongoing innovation by sharing ideas and participating in menu development
-
Other duties assigned
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
-
Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment
-
Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail techniques
-
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Valid Serving It Right certification
