What you will be doing:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails with consistency and attention to detail

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized service in line with Forbes 5-Star standards

  • Engage guests through storytelling, menu knowledge, and genuine hospitality

  • Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and Botanist’s award-winning cocktail program

  • Ensure the bar is set up, stocked, and maintained to the highest standards at all times

  • Work collaboratively with the bar and service team to create a seamless guest experience

  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure satisfaction

  • Follow all liquor laws, health, and safety regulations

  • Contribute to the cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance of the bar

  • Support ongoing innovation by sharing ideas and participating in menu development

  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale environment

  • Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and cocktail techniques

  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Valid Serving It Right certification
