About the role

Support the IAM program by handling access requests, incidents and user provisioning, along with helping maintain and improve IAM tools and processes.

Client Details

National Insurance Provider.

Description

  • Administer user accounts, access privileges and daily IAM operations
  • Help with IAM projects, root cause analysis and process improvements
  • Build access packages and RBAC profiles that follow least privilege
  • Maintain accurate records of all changes
  • Troubleshoot issues in the IAM platform and monitor user activity
  • Identify and resolve IAM issues and produce reports
  • Apply access changes that follow standard approvals

Profile

  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot Active Directory users, groups and file share access
  • Experience with IAM platforms like Microsoft Active Directory, Aquera or Okta
  • Comfortable working in a Microsoft Azure environment
  • Familiar with operating systems such as Linux and Windows
  • Strong grasp of directory services including LDAP and Active Directory
  • Experience with scripting tools like Python or PowerShell
