About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Administrator to support our Raisebore operations across multiple project sites while working in a hybrid capacity based out of Saskatoon. This role is critical in ensuring smooth administrative, workforce coordination, and reporting functions across our Raisebore projects.
Key Responsibilities
Site & Project Support:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Raisebore project teams
- Maintain accurate site documentation including reports, logs, and records
- Support project reporting, data entry, and tracking of operational metrics
- Assist with document control and filing
Workforce Coordination:
- Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of personnel (travel, accommodations, rotations)
- Maintain workforce rosters, training records, and personnel files
- Support onboarding of new hires
- Liaise between site teams and HR/payroll
Timekeeping & Payroll Support:
- Manage timesheets and submissions
- Ensure accuracy of workforce hours and cost coding
- Support payroll inquiries
Logistics, Work Orders & Procurement:
- Set up and maintain work orders and track project documentation
- Coordinate ordering of supplies, materials, and office consumables
- Book and manage travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, rotations)
- Track and reconcile logistics and costs
Health, Safety & Compliance:
- Support site safety documentation
- Track training certifications
- Assist with incident reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in site/project administration in mining or construction
- Experience in remote or FIFO environments preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of safety processes is an asset
Working Conditions
- Hybrid role based in Saskatoon
- Occasional travel to site required
- Fast-paced mining project environment
