We are a high-growth decentralized finance platform revolutionizing the space with our mobile trading app, designed to make cryptocurrency trading accessible and user-friendly. Since launching in July 2024, we have secured over 1.5 million sign-ups, achieved an annualized revenue of approximately $100 million, and established a powerful, fast-growing presence in the market.
Duties
Design, build, and operate Identity & Access Management (IAM) services, including authentication flows, authorization policies, and security controls. Own financial operations systems, covering transfers, payments orchestration, ledgering, reconciliation flows, and risk controls. Build and maintain blockchain infrastructure, including node/RPC management, transaction submission, and on-chain data indexing. Define and uphold core service reliability and observability standards, including SLOs, error budgets, and incident management. Lead large technical projects from design through rollout while mentoring other engineers and raising engineering standards.
Qualifications
5–12+ years of backend, product, or platform engineering experience, specifically with high-scale, high-availability systems in fintech or crypto. Deep expertise in at least one core area: Identity/security engineering, financial/ledgering systems, or blockchain infrastructure. Strong experience designing and operating distributed systems, plus mobile development experience (Flutter or React Native). High-value bonus skills: Proficiency with Go, Rust, Solana, AWS/GCP, crypto wallets/exchanges, or financial data warehousing. Note: No visa sponsorship or transfer is available for this role.
Salary range: Up to $200,000 base + Equity + Token allocation. 5% 401(k) match Employer-covered health premiums and life insurance One-time home office setup stipend and flexible PTO Remote-friendly flexibility (US or Canada) with quarterly travel for in-person sprints
