Brand Strategist/Visual Identity Designer
About the role
Job Description On behalf of our Healthcare Client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Brand Strategist/Visual Identity Designer for their website redesign project.
Services Required
- Lead the dedicated brand vision engagement session(s) in Phase I with the BCCSU project team and key informants
- Develop and present 2–3 draft visual brand identities in Phase II
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and deliver the final brand framework, all digital/print assets, style templates, and comprehensive brand manual in Phase III
- Collaborate with the technical lead on the 3–6 sample webpage designs to ensure visual cohesion
- Provide brand assets and guidelines for the live site launch
Experience Required
- 8+ years of senior-level brand strategy and visual identity work, with a strong portfolio of completed rebrands for public-sector, health, research, or non-profit organizations
- Proven experience evolving established brands to become more welcoming to non-clinical/general public audiences while retaining trust with clinical/research stakeholders (exactly as described in the SOW)
- Strong facilitation skills for stakeholder workshops
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and brand manual production
- Previous work with Canadian health or government clients is a strong asset
