What You’ll Do Partner with clients and internal sales teams to fill high-priority contract and direct hire roles Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle Jump on new reqs quickly and manage multiple openings at once in a fast-moving environment Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and teammates Consistently hit recruiting activity goals, client submittals, and placements Stay organized, proactive, and solution-oriented while delivering an exceptional candidate experience What We’re Looking For 2+ years of professional experience; recruiting or staffing experience preferred Experience working in high-volume or VMS recruiting environments is a plus Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Competitive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability Motivated by growth, performance, and uncapped earning potential Someone who can hit the ground running and elevate the team around them Why Swoon?
