Key Responsibilities
Design and enhance digital services across web and other channels. Create UX artifacts including user flows, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaborate with product, development, and business teams in Agile environments. Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries. Apply accessibility standards (WCAG) and design thinking principles. Support complex enterprise and public-sector digital transformation projects.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience as a Front End Designer or UX-focused designer. 2+ years of experience creating UX artifacts and interactive prototypes. Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Axure. Experience designing for web, mobile, and enterprise applications. Familiarity with accessibility standards and Agile product development. Public-sector digital experience is preferred.
