Overview We're looking for a scrappy, creative, metrics-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing at ImaginAble Solutions. You'll be our marketing team of one, supported by external contractors. You’ll work closely with the CEO, and your fingerprints will be on everything from campaign strategy to the content itself. You'll work in a highly collaborative environment where speed, communication, alignment, and execution are key. The CEO sets the overall direction while you'll bring ideas, use metrics to inform strategy, and execute with autonomy within a shared vision. Your success will be measured by how effectively you drive awareness and adoption of Guided Hands® across the disability community, occupational therapists, education systems, and healthcare organizations.
Duties and Responsibilities Marketing Strategy, Campaigns & Performance Collaborate with the CEO to develop the marketing strategy and execution plan Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns and programs from idea to launch, including content creation, email campaigns, and supporting graphic design Build and optimize HubSpot and email workflows to support lead generation and conversion Manage and optimize marketing metrics, budget, and ROI, using data to continuously improve performance Drive the successful launch of new products, accessories, and future versions of Guided Hands®
Digital Marketing & Growth Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including META Ads, social media, and Hubspot email marketing campaigns Test and implement new growth strategies, campaigns, and marketing channels
Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and sales team to support pipeline growth, revenue and revenue generation Participate in sales calls, trade shows, and customer meetings to gather market insights and continuously refine our messaging and value proposition Develop customer success practices, engagement, and upsell programs alongside the Sales Manager
Partnerships, Brand & PR Execute co-marketing campaigns with healthcare, education, and community partners, including organizations such as Cerebral Palsy Canada and professional associations Collaborate with international resellers and strategic partners to build awareness of Guided Hands® in new markets Support the execution of PR and strategic partnership initiatives, including media outreach, celebrity and influencer engagement, and brand partnerships (e.g., Apple), in collaboration with the CEO and external contractors
Contractor Coordination & Events Manage external contractors for product marketing assets and graphic design Coordinate conferences, events, and webinars, with occasional travel across Canada and the U.S.
Qualifications & Skills Must-haves: 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment, with a demonstrated track record of executing multi-channel campaigns on a limited budget Proven performance marketing expertise—you've run Meta Ads and/or Google Ads, measured results using Google Analytics, can show the numbers, and use data to optimize campaigns and inform marketing strategy Strong experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing automation platform, including email marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization Highly metrics-driven - you set targets, track ROI, and use data to shape strategy and determine where to pivot, double down, or expand Strong content creation and visual storytelling skills, with hands-on experience in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Able to travel across Canada and the U.S. for conferences, meetings, and events (valid passport required) Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with empathy, compassion, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of people with disabilities A positive, can-do attitude with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset
Strong assets: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field Experience in assistive technology, medical devices, or hardware products, especially at a startup or scale-up environment Experience coordinating external contractors, agencies, or freelancers Experience supporting PR initiatives and executing co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners.
