The Role
As the Food & Beverage Service Manager, you’ll oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring excellence in service, compliance, and revenue growth. You’ll lead a team of talented individuals and create memorable experiences for our guests.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and enhance food and beverage programs to meet company goals.
- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team while maintaining positive morale.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, employment laws, and AGLC regulations.
- Collaborate on menu planning, vendor selection, and budget management.
- Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining quality and anticipating needs.
- Coordinate small to large events as needed.
What We’re Looking For
-**Experience:**3-5 years in hospitality or F&B management, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Gaming experience is a plus. -**Skills:**Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with an ability to analyze and interpret financial information. -**Education:**Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or equivalent experience. -**Certifications:**AGLC ProServe certification and the ability to pass a criminal record check.
