Job Title: Cognos Developer Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Design develop and support enterprise reporting solutions using IBM Cognos to enable data-driven decision-making across insurance and financial services
Develop and maintain Cognos reports| dashboards| and frameworks (Report Studio / Analytics) Design data models| packages| and metadata layers for business reporting Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate into technical solutions Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy consistency and governance Support production issues| enhancements| and release deployments Integrate Cognos with enterprise data platforms (SQL Server| Oracle| Azure data services Participate in testing (UAT) validation and documentation
