Who you are
- 7+ years of recruiting experience (must have experience recruiting for high-volume GTM roles)
- Proven success in partnering with GTM Leaders with expertise in sourcing candidates for these high-velocity, always “on” roles (this is non-negotiable)
- Ability to proactively communicate to stakeholders and forecast hires, using historical data, pass through rates during high intensity hiring sprints
- Experience with building out high-performance sales teams
- Skilled in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and managing high-volume pipelines and recruiter activity (35 - 45 calls per week)
- Proven track record on partnering with universities to attract new grad talent & boost employment brand across this demographic
- Operationally sharp - able to diagnose bottlenecks, build process for yourself and teams and move quickly to execute and adopt
- Trusted partner to Talent Coordination, Hiring Managers, HR, and People Ops with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experiments with AI and emerging recruiting tools to increase speed, efficiency, and quality across sourcing, process, and workflows
- Obsessed with delivering a top-tier candidate experience
- Thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments and loves building culture through hiring
What the job involves
- We’re on the hunt for a Senior Recruiter who knows how to build high-performance revenue teams and has previously recruited for high-velocity, high-volume roles across the entire sales ecosystem (XDR, Account Executive, Implementation & Customer Success)
- You’ll be the engine behind bringing in the talent that fuels our growth
- This role calls for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution - crafting hiring plans, sourcing top talent, and creating a candidate experience that stands out
- Own full-cycle recruiting for our high velocity, high volume reoccurring roles with a focus on the entire sales ecosystem
- Recruit and build high-performing, scalable teams that directly increase our talent density
- Partner with leaders to set and hit ambitious hiring goals & has the ability to move fast, but deliver excellence
- Spot bottlenecks in the hiring process and implement smart solutions quickly
- Deliver a candidate experience that leaves every applicant impressed
- Balance high-volume interviews with a great candidate experience and exceptional stakeholder management
- Partner with universities across Canada (e.g., Queen’s, Ivey, TMU/Ryerson, etc.) to support the recruitment funnel and strengthen our employment brand; organize and attend on-campus events as needed, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on logistics, purpose, and event goals

- Talent Coordination, HR and People Ops partners to align on candidate scheduling, process and onboarding
