We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative - Your Mission: Empower Customer Success

**Your Role:**In this vital position you're a key partner in our overarching goal to ensure customer success. This front line support must maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards our customers. Responding in a timely manner through a variety of channels and resolving customer issues is our main focus.

**What We're Looking For:**An individual who is able to establish priorities, work independently and meet deadlines. Someone with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. This position is an in-office role. Priority will be given to those who are bilingual English/French, but not required.

**A Snapshot of What You'll be Doing:**Supporting the Orgill website. Processing orders & claims. Utilizing Salesforce. Communicating delivery issues. Maintaining files.

**Hours of Work:**Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:45pm, Friday: 8:00am - 3:00 pm.

Compensation:$42,000
