Your Opportunity:

As a front-line reception and booking for the Picture Butte Ambulatory Care Clinic, this role works within the Connect Care system where the clerk will book and assist patients and members of the pubic as they arrive to the clinic while working collaboratively with both an LPN and physician. Responsibilities will also include answering the telephone and directing calls appropriately, ordering supplies and other tasks as assigned.

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Must demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and exceptional multi-tasking skills. Strong time management skills, including prioritization. Must work well in a team environment and include good interpersonal skill, conflict resolution, skills and team building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education or courses required, specifically in medical office assistant, unit clerk, or other administrative type programs. Experience and skills will be considered. Graduate of post-secondary administrative support program an asset.
