Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a Manager, Quality, based in Toronto. Reporting to the Director, Hearing Health, Quality & Global Partnerships, the Manager, Quality, plays a key role in shaping how we embed client experience in a healthcare system, safety, and continuous improvement into everything we do. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, integrity, and impact - and you’ll help drive meaningful change across the organization.
This is a part-time contract position, working three days per week, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., for 12 months.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on building healthcare systems and turning data into action. You will work closely with leaders and staff across CHS to support quality initiatives, lead improvement projects, and ensure our services meet the highest standards. You will also help us listen to our clients more effectively, respond to feedback, and create a culture where learning and excellence go hand in hand.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in healthcare, quality improvement, public health, business/public administration, or a related field. We’re looking for someone with training in quality improvement in healthcare and client safety, at least five years of experience in the field, and a strong track record of working in interdisciplinary teams. A background in healthcare and familiarity with client engagement strategies are definite assets.
