Job Title: Panel Builder
Location: Cambridge, ON | On-site
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $20.00-30.00/hour

The Position:
Reporting to the Electrical Manufacturing Panel Shop Lead the Electrical Manufacturing Panel Builder will provide electrical manufacturing of Panels for projects. Assist in development and implementation of electrical manufacturing policies and procedures to ensure project goals are met on budget, while delivering the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.
**What You’ll Be Doing:**Technical:
- Laying out panel back plates
- Drilling and cutting holes for electrical devices
- Mounting and wiring of electrical devices
- Communicating with supervisors for work instructions
- Controlling inventory in/out of stock (for active jobs)
- Keeping shop stocked with proper tools and materials
- Performing field work/installations
- Responsible for ensuring the work area is clean
- Scanning or signing materials in/out of inventory
Leadership:
- Promote environmentally and ergonomically safe conceptual product and/or processes to ensure safety of Eclipse
- personnel and the customer's employees
- Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the
- Eclipse Automation Inc. Conduct Code
- Adhereto the Eclipse Project Operating Policy
- Maintain company confidentiality
- Maintain good corporate citizen role in support of the Eclipse corporate Vision
- Adhere to all Health and Safety rules and procedures
- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned
- Foster the development of a culture reflective of the core values of the business
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes
Project Execution:
- Notify lead if schedules cannot be met
- Ensure that Company ISO Standards are followed
- Work with Electrical Manufacturing Project to develop a build and wiring plan for the project
- Ensure that purchased parts are kitted and stored appropriately ready for project
- Ensure that design updates are executed correctly
What We’re Looking For:
- Education would be an asset
- Computer skills needed in MS Office, Auto-Cad, Solid-works, an understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical controls and integration of equipment would be an asset.
- 5+ years’ experience in the custom automation industry would be an asset.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal
