The Opportunity
The Executive Recruitment team is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional to support the end-to-end coordination of executive-level hiring activities. In this role, your exceptional time management, communication skills, and ability to navigate complex administrative workflows will be critical to ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate executive hiring logistics, including scheduling interviews with senior leaders and managing candidate communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage background check initiation and completion by liaising with executive candidates and our third-party screening partner.
- Support executive onboarding activities, ensuring all documentation and processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with talent mappings and creation of reports.
- Prepare monthly reports and support administration of recruitment related activities.
- Respond to inquiries received through the executive recruitment inbox, providing timely and high-quality service.
- Partner closely with HR centers of excellence, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Business Leaders to ensure smooth information flow and a consistent approach to executive hiring.
- Contribute to project work supporting enhancements to executive recruitment operations and process optimization.
- Provide general administrative support to the broader Executive Recruiting and HR Operations teams.
Required Qualifications :
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with senior leaders, executive candidates, and cross-functional partners.
- Proven capability to manage competing priorities, tight timelines, and complex schedules
- Familiarity with recruitment operations and HR best practices; executive recruitment exposure is an asset.
- Ideally, 3–5 years in recruitment coordination, HR, or related administrative roles, preferably supporting senior-level or executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset.

Salary range is expected to be between
$55,125.00 CAD - $91,875.00 CAD
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
