Position Summary
Are you interested in an opportunity to grow professionally within a positive and progressive culture? Northern Health is seeking a Site Manager with management and leadership experience to join our Administration department.
Reporting to the Health Service Administrator, the Site Manager is responsible and accountable for the management of service delivery, buildings and personnel, leadership, integration, and evaluation of services for facility-based services. The Site Manager provides leadership in the planning, delivery and evaluation of programs that are consistent with the philosophy, goals and objectives of Northern Health (NH).
Starting salary will be approximately from $108,147 to $135,184 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
Qualifications

Baccalaureate degree in a relevant field plus five (5) to seven (7) years experience in a leadership position responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of operational and strategic plans.

Relevant experience in project management, change management and/or Quality Improvement initiatives, preferably in a health care setting.

Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Skills and Abilities:
-
Knowledge of the operations of an Acute Care hospital and health center including an understanding of the interrelationships between the various professional/non-professional staff within the programs.

Knowledge of the operations of Preventative Health, Mental Health & Addictions, Rural Acute Care and Health Centers, primary care and long term care.
-
Knowledge of local and regional community health issues.
-
Ability to manage human, financial and material resources.
-
Ability to foster effective working relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
-
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
-
Ability to balance multiple activities and projects concurrently.
-
Demonstrated project management, process re-engineering and organizational skills.
