Location
- This permanent, full-time role is in-office in Calgary
What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of integrated campaigns, maintaining our digital presence, managing CRM (HubSpot) data and workflows, coordinating content creation, maintaining the company website, and supporting event and physical marketing initiatives. You coordinate with vendors and partners to bring marketing initiatives to life and utilize internal and external resources (such as designers, agencies, and vendors) as needed, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively. Your time is split between 30-40% creativity/strategy and 60-70% execution.
- Professional Conduct & Alignment: Consistently demonstrates professionalism and adherence to company values, policies, procedures, and guidelines in all marketing activities and interactions.
- Creative Direction & Messaging: Participates directly in strategic discussions with the leadership team to align marketing initiatives with executive vision and business priorities. Actively contributes to campaign ideation by proposing messaging angles, creative concepts that align with brand voice and strategic goals.
- Campaign Execution: Integrated marketing campaigns (email, digital, print, physical) are planned and executed on schedule, meeting performance goals such as open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and conversions.
- CRM Management: HubSpot records, workflows, forms, and dashboards are accurately maintained and optimized to support effective campaign tracking and sales collaboration.
- Website & Content Accuracy: Company website and social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) are regularly updated with accurate, engaging, and SEO-optimized content that supports campaigns and builds audience engagement.
- Resource Coordination: External vendors, designers, agencies, and printers are effectively managed to deliver high-quality creative assets, marketing materials, and event support.
- Event Support & Logistics: Tradeshows, dealer/customer events, and related initiatives are supported with timely coordination, promotional materials, and effective execution—including physical logistics such as materials preparation, shipping, and on-site setup.
- Reporting & Insights: Campaign performance is regularly monitored and analyzed, with reports delivered that include actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Marketing activities are aligned with business objectives through effective collaboration with sales, operations, and leadership teams. Day-to-day marketing operations are supported through timely coordination with internal teams and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to standard.
- Market Research: Competitive and market research is conducted regularly to inform strategy and enhance campaign relevance and effectiveness. Contribute research and insights that add measurable value to campaign planning and execution.
- Presentation & Documentation: Reports, presentations, and documentation are prepared accurately and on time to support internal communications and decision-making.
What You’ll Bring:
- A Degree or Diploma in marketing from an accredited college or university
- Three to four years of experience in a B2B marketing position
- Experience in researching and executing marketing campaigns through various channels, including social media and email campaigns.
- Thorough understanding of different CRM software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and adaptability to changing tasks and priorities
