Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Associate is responsible for:
- performing all duties in a safe and efficient manner following company safety standards
- performing routine cleaning, inspecting and minor maintenance on equipment
- Work in a productive and dynamic environment with a chance to make an impact with a global industrial leader
- Have the opportunity for a satisfying job in a world class manufacturing plant.
Shift work for 24/7 Operation
Pay rate starting at $21.85 / hr.

Packer Flex after 1,000 hours’ wage increases to $25.19 / hr. and boot allowance and uniforms.

Sun Life Benefit package kicks in after 4 months.

Packer after 3,000 hours or 18 months’ - pay increases to $27.55
-
Nightshift premium $1.70 / hr. Weekend premium $0.30 / hr

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
A successful candidate should be able to:
- Willing to work 12 hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Minimum grade 12 education and some post-secondary education preferred
- Must be a team player
- Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner
- Able to learn to operate automated plant manufacturing equipment
- Must be able to interact, communicate and work effectively and professionally with all employees and management staff in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to spend a significant amount of time on plant floor.
- Job includes tasks that require walking, bending, twisting, gripping, stair climbing, lifting, and entering confined spaces.
- Must be capable of wearing personal protective equipment necessary to comply with government and company safety standards
