Dream is looking for a Manager, Marketing & Activations!
We are always looking for the best and brightest to join our thriving community. Dream’s Office Management team is currently looking for a Manager, Marketing & Activations to support with the design, delivery and execution of the Marketing strategy for the Distillery District! This is a new role that has been created to optimize the event space and increase revenue opportunities.
Who Are You?
The Manager, Marketing & Activations will lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, signature events, and on-site activations across Distillery Events, Distillery Restaurants, and the broader Distillery Historic District. This role is responsible for translating customer insights, market trends, and commercial objectives into compelling initiatives that increase visitation, extend dwell time, and drive spend across the district.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the Manager will help shape distinctive programming and experiences that attract high-value visitors and reinforce the Distillery District’s position as a leading cultural and hospitality destination. The role requires a balance of creative thinking, operational leadership, and data-driven decision making. This role requires availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays, and is not a standard Monday-to-Friday, 9-5 position.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that support restaurants, events, and district-wide initiatives.
- Build and manage annual and seasonal marketing calendars, aligning tenant participation and commercial priorities.
- Partner with the Director of Events and Operations leadership to ideate and deliver signature events and activations designed to attract targeted visitor segments.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with General Managers, Chefs, Event Sales, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business performance.
- Manage agency partners, suppliers, and brand collaborations to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
- Oversee brand consistency across all channels including digital, social media, email marketing, and on-site communications.
- Lead the development of engaging marketing content including digital assets, photography, video, and promotional materials.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and marketing approaches.
- Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to optimize marketing effectiveness.
What skills and qualifications should you have?
- 5 year experience in marketing leadership roles within hospitality, events, tourism, or destination-driven environments.
- Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and large-scale activations.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into impactful marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, paid media, email marketing, and web platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership and operational teams.
- Creative, organized, and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional visitor experiences.

Total Rewards @Dream
This is a regular, full-time position with a base salary range of $85,000-$105,000. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible for a performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes paid vacation and personal days, flexible benefits, mental health resources, access to perks and discounts, professional development support, and team-building and social events.
Compensation is determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, total years of experience, industry experience, education, and professional designations. We recognize that exceptional talent doesn’t always fit neatly into a bracket. Final compensation will be tailored to your specific experience, skills and the unique value you bring to the table. If your qualifications exceed the scope of this role, we may be open to adjusting the mandate – and the salary – to reflect that expertise.
